Last December, the team at Done Plumbing & Heating took a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a third party employee survey company that allowed everyone to give anonymous feedback to help improve our company.

The Denver Post then worked with WorkplaceDynamics while researching for an article that identifies the top 100 places to work in Denver. The result of their research concluded that out of the 1,342 companies that were invited to participate, Done Plumbing & Heating ranked #10 out of 40 in the small employers category (companies with fewer than 500 local employees).

While the main goal was to improve the company and better understand our employee’s needs, this survey has also helped shed some light on the incredible efforts that our team has given to help make this place a great place to work.

Each person here at Done Plumbing & Heating has a hand in making this place better, and a huge thanks goes out for all the hard work!
