Did you know…
If your home was built between the 50’s and the 70’s your home may be at an extra risk for sewer line problems!
Many homes built during these decades feature sewer lines constructed using clay or Orangeburg pipes, which were partly made of tar paper, or clay sewer lines that deteriorate over time.
Homeowners are advised to replace these old pipes before they fail completely and cause significant damage.

What Our Customers Are Saying…
From start to finish, Done receives an A+.
I had a mainline clog and also wanted a video inspection. I made an appointment after having all of my questions answered in the most professional and friendly manner.
In less than 1 hour, Brian Adair arrived at my door, greeted me and began addressing both issues. The entire process could not have gone smoother.
Dave B. – Denver, CO
Jake Blatnik from Done Plumbing was on time, courteous and efficient. He analyzed the problem quickly and discussed the solution.
He fixed the problem and presented the bill. I would highly recommend Jake and Done Plumbing.
Laura W. – Centennial, CO
Devon found and fixed a plumbing problem I had in my kitchen and basement that other companies had missed in the past. He was professional, courteous, kind and patient ( with all my questions ). I haven’t had this kind of excellent service from any other company since I owned this house. I feel like I have someone I can trust now, thanks to Devon. Hope I can request him for any problems I have in the future.

“How Are Sewer Inspections Performed?”
A Done Plumbing & Heating technician uses a long, thin cable with a camera attached to the leading end. This cable is inserted into your sewer line and gradually pushed all the way through to the other end of the city tap.
The camera allows both your plumber and you to watch the journey of the camera through your sewer system on a small video monitor so you can clearly see obstructions and other issues needing to be addressed.
A recording of the video can be provided for insurance and home buying purposes.
“What Happens When I Schedule an Appointment?”
Call us any time, 24/7, and you’ll speak directly with a real person who will ask questions, get your information and schedule your sewer inspection.
We’ll schedule your sewer inspection appointment at the earliest available time, or you can choose a day and time that works best for you.
To help you plan, we’ll give you a two-hour window so you can plan your day.
Update & Courtesy Call
When the 2-hour window begins, our dispatch will give you a quick call to update you on the technician’s estimated arrival time.
When the technician has confirmed they’re on their way to your inspection, dispatch will give you another courtesy call to tell you we’re on our way.
Upon arrival, our technician will confirm the price of the inspection and get your signature to continue the work.
Using a camera, our technician will conduct a thorough inspection of your sewer line, pointing out any obstructions or areas of concern.
If a sewer repair or replacement is required, our technician will discuss your options with you, including pricing.
When the inspection is complete, the technician will walk you through any issues identified, clean up any mess they’ve created and collect payment.
When the technician has left, we’ll give you a quick follow-up call to make sure you’re pleased with the inspection and that that you were treated with courtesy and respect.

Did you know…
Not every plumbing company in Denver is honest when dealing with customers.
In an unannounced and televised investigation conducted by FOX31, several Denver Metro plumbing companies were caught deceiving their customers with scare tactics and unnecessary services.
Done Plumbing & Heating was not one of them. Our technicians were found to offer a fair assessment and consistent pricing through the entire process.
