Check your water meter before and after a two-hour period where no water is being used. If the numbers aren’t identical, you’ve probably got a leak.

    No matter what time you call, a member of our team will answer your questions and schedule an appointment for our earliest availability, or on a day convenient to you.
    You’ll be given a two-hour window, so you’ll know when we’re coming.

  2. Courtesy Calls & Updates

    At the start if the 2-hour window, we’ll call you with an updated time of arrival. When your technician is on their way, dispatch will give you another quick courtesy call to let you know.

  3. Leak Detection & Testing

    Our technicians investigate thoroughly, looking for visible leaks and working to identify the source of the water. In some cases, technicians may use in-pipe video inspections to track the leak to its source.
    We’ll clearly explain the problem to you and price out the cost of fixing the issue. To ensure you get consistent and fair pricing, every technician uses the same iPad-based quoting system.

  4. Leak Repair

    We’ll get to work fixing your leak, cleaning up any mess we might make in the process.
    If it requires more extensive repairs, we’ll let you know exactly what we propose and, in most cases, complete the work immediately.

  5. Final Sign-Off

    Our technician will clearly explain the repairs they’ve made and collect payment. They may also share some advice for helping to prevent similar problems in the future.

    You get an invoice immediately, and we’ll give you a quick call after the technician leaves to make certain they treated you with courtesy and professionalism, and that the problem is solved.
