Don’t Let Money Drip Down the Drain!
Whether it’s a dripping faucet, leaky toilet or broken pipe, water and sewer leaks can quickly grow from a minor annoyance into a major problem.
For example: A leaky faucet that drips only once per second can waste more than 3,000 gallons per year, while a constantly running toilet can waste up to 200 gallons a day!
That’s why our priority is locating and fixing your leaks before they become expensive issues.
Our leak detection services in Denver are the ideal solution for…
- Dripping faucets, showers, bathtubs and fixtures
- Leaky or constantly running toilets
- Cracked, broken or eroded pipes
- Identifying hidden leak sources and preventing further structural damage
When possible, we happily provide a video recording of the inside of your drains for insurance or inspection purposes.

What Our Customers Are Saying. . .
Leaking shower. Justin was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great guidance and advice and always looked out for my best interests. What’s best for the house and cost effective options. I was referred to Its Done and I will absolutely refer to others.
Jamie H. – Lone Tree, CO
This was my first experience with Done Plumbing. It was easy and stress free from the first call. I knew I had a leak somewhere and called Done because they advertised no extra fees for after hours or weekends. I got an appointment after work on the same day I called. The technician Justin was courteous, and efficient […] I would recommend this company for plumbing issues.
Beth S. – Arvada, CO
I had leaky pipes that led to other leaky pipes. Devon got it done well, answered a myriad of questions, explained how we could avoid the problem in the future, and showed us how to do some things ourselves and save money. Kudos to you and your staff.
Becca W. – Englewood, CO
“I’m not sure if I have a leak. Is there a test I can do on my own?”
If you think you might have a leak, you’re not alone. 10% of homes have leaks that waste 90 gallons or more per day! Here’s how to find out if you’re one of them:
For Hidden Leaks…
Check your water meter before and after a two-hour period where no water is being used. If the numbers aren’t identical, you’ve probably got a leak.
For Leaky Toilets…
Place a drop of food coloring into the toilet tank. If the color shows up in the bowl after 15 minutes without flushing, you’ve got a leak!
How We Fix Your Leak, From Start to Finish…

You’ll be given a two-hour window, so you’ll know when we’re coming.
Courtesy Calls & Updates
At the start if the 2-hour window, we’ll call you with an updated time of arrival. When your technician is on their way, dispatch will give you another quick courtesy call to let you know.
Leak Detection & Testing
Our technicians investigate thoroughly, looking for visible leaks and working to identify the source of the water. In some cases, technicians may use in-pipe video inspections to track the leak to its source.
We’ll clearly explain the problem to you and price out the cost of fixing the issue. To ensure you get consistent and fair pricing, every technician uses the same iPad-based quoting system.
We’ll get to work fixing your leak, cleaning up any mess we might make in the process.
If it requires more extensive repairs, we’ll let you know exactly what we propose and, in most cases, complete the work immediately.
Our technician will clearly explain the repairs they’ve made and collect payment. They may also share some advice for helping to prevent similar problems in the future.
You get an invoice immediately, and we’ll give you a quick call after the technician leaves to make certain they treated you with courtesy and professionalism, and that the problem is solved.

Did you know…
FOX31 Denver conducted a blind, unannounced investigation to determine which Denver Metro plumbers were overcharging or misrepresenting their services.
While several of our competitors were caught acting dishonestly, inflating prices and even willfully damaging customer equipment, we passed their test on all accounts.
