Furnace Emergency? Please Call Us Immediately:
Furnace Repair and Maintenance Facts You Don’t See Often
Furnaces and other heating systems commonly break during winter. If you recently experienced this inconvenience, we understand how.
But, there’s actually a sound explanation to this. Here’s a rundown of the cause and effect:
- Your heating system worked hard all last winter
- It wasn’t working as efficiently at the end of the winter as it had previously
- Summer came and you no longer needed your heating as often
- Winter is back and your system is operating regularly again when it suddenly breaks down
We understand that sometimes, owners tend to put little emphasis on the heating system. So, here’s where the problem comes from:
What most homeowners or property managers don’t remember is that machines deteriorate fast, especially if you’re not using them frequently. So, come winter and you suddenly blast the furnace to full power, and it breaks. This where our Denver furnace repair expertise comes in.
When you work with us, you can be assured of a safer, more functional furnace that will get you through the cold months. Through our fast and responsive service, we’ll attend to your furnace emergency fast and get the job done.

Adam showed up right on time which was important with our busy schedule. He was very friendly and informative. He listened to my observations of my problem and did a thorough check. He explained everything he was doing and let me know my furnace was great, however, my thermostat was causing the problem…. In less than an hour, my furnace was working great with a new thermostat…

Did you know…
FOX31 news has conducted a few different sting operations in Denver to catch plumbing and heating companies who are ripping off customers or charging for work that did not need to be done.
After passing one of these stings, FOX31 was so impressed by the honesty of Done Plumbing & Heating, they invited us to help set up another private investigation focused on HVAC companies.
Once again, several companies were caught acting unethically and overcharging unsuspecting customers for their work. The unfortunate truth is that you cannot always trust so-called professional heating companies to deal with you honestly.
With Done Plumbing and Heating, honesty isn’t optional.
